We are very pleased to introduce our new collection of portrait silhouette stencils! We suspect you will not find these stencils anywhere else. These beautiful framed cameo type portraits became especially popular from 1750 - 1850. They were sometimes called shadow portraits. Often cut freehand of black paper or traced on paper of the profile cast by candle or lamp light, these endearing images are simply wonderful stenciled as a set and framed in a small grouping. You only need to stencil the image in black paint to create an authentic effect. We expect that you will find many uses for these lovely stencils. Try stenciling on a sign for ladies or gents. Quite fun, we think!
