We now carry a full line of SILVER STENCIL BRUSHES!

Our REGULAR STYLE brushes are made of high quality medium length pure white hog bristle, square cut. The photo above displays the complete range from Size 0 to Size 14 -- offering the perfect solution for all stenciling projects.

Seamless aluminum ferrules are mounted to ergonomically-shaped natural wood handles making a very comfortable, durable and inviting tool for your projects.

We also carry the STENCIL MINI, extra short stencil brushes in a Size 6. Ideal for tight spaces and every type of stenciling. The shorter and tighter bristles make this brush especially useful for work on tough fabrics like jeans and sweats. They also are superb tools for blending oil paint sticks.

Short white hog bristle, trimmed to square ends, provides extra stiffness. The bristles are fitted to a seamless aluminum ferrule and mounted to dark maroon lacquered handles. This is a classy and totally satisfying tool for hand work!

Do you have a newsletter? We send out a monthly newsletter to our customers with a complete and colorful project idea. This year we've made a Lace Heart Wall Pocket, a Rosebud Heart Keepsake, stenciled pillow covers with our Fruit Tile stencils, made a Scotty Tote Bag, and designed a Chili Pepper Kitchen Sign. As always, the featured stencils in the project are discounted heavily that month. Back issues of the newsletter will be archived on the website.
What are you stencils made of? The Artful Stencil only offers original designer stencils laser cut on the highest quality frosty Mylar material. The precision of laser cut stencils is unequaled in the industry for detail. The 10 mil Mylar that we use is superior to most materials being offered by our competitors. It is flexible, yet durable, and is very easy to wash and reuse. 7 mil and even 5 mil Mylar is commonly used by other companies, but provides you with a flimsy product that can be difficult to work with.

We also have a resident artist, Joni Prittie, that can make custom stencils from your artwork or fabric pattern. She has a lifetime of graphic arts experience and designed most of the stencils for The Artful Stencil store.
